I have loved sports for as long as I can remember. I decided to compete in cross country in fourth grade where I fell in love with running and have been competing ever since. I started track and field my freshman year. As a freshman, I earned my third place spot in our league finals with a time of 10:08 for the 3200M and I went on to compete in CIF prelims. As a sophomore, I competed in state with my cross country team. As a junior, I qualified for CIF prelims in both the 1600m (4:26.21) and 3200m (9:56.59). After that, I qualified for CIF finals in the 1600m and earned a PR of 4:22.90. My Current P.R. for the 2021-2022 Cross Country season is 14:40.00, which I achieved on 9/23/21 at the Hacienda League Meet #1, where I earned first place.
