Personal Statement
I am Nathan Kwan from Lake Forest, California. Freshman year I played soccer for my high school and ran cross country only for some excercise. Sophomore year I had a small break through in a cross country race and began to take the sport seriously. I finished my sophomore soccer season and quit high school soccer and my club soccer team to focus on running. Working with my coach, I trained and became what I am today. Junior year I have really stepped up my training and ambition. I would like to run for a division I college while getting a degree in bio-chemistry and buisiness. Intense training and rigorous school work has made me tougher all around and set my mind to accomplish things that I did not consider before.
