Personal Statement

My academic goal for college includes getting a degree in a field that I am passionate about, such as medical and/or science field,  as well as being the first in my family to graduate from a university. Since a young age I have seen my mom work hard as a single parent and want to make her proud. 

As far as my athletic goal, I want to push myself every single day to improve and beat what I expected of myself in a previous version. Not only am I dedicated to practices and meets, I consider myself a valuable team player who continues to boost my teammates morale and help them achieve their goals too. 

Character wise I am funny, kind, patient and always willing to go that extra mile.
