   I’m Sebastian Rosales Valdez and I would like to compete in sports at the collegiate level. I started Xc/ track and field my fourth-grade year and I was never really good at it. I’ve gotten faster every season and this year won't be any different. I've ridden the lows.... a lot and barely ridden the highs, but I love this sport enough to keep working hard. I hope to major in film in college, more specifically to be a screenwriter. I have dreams of one day writing a movie that will be in cinemas or streaming services and hope I can bring more representation of colored people in the industry. As there was barely any while In my early youth. Due to covid-19, I chose to forego my junior season of track and cross country; but I never stopped running and I'm hungrier than ever! My senior year is approaching rapidly and I couldn't be any more excited about what it holds for me!
