Robinson Meuse '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Robinson Meuse, and I'm a XC and Track athlete passionate about my team and running. I'm the son of a military father who has brought me across the country, causing me to develop skills where I am mentally strong and adaptable. Moving for my parent's job has forced me to become strong because of the lack of comfort in my daily life. My mentally strong and versatile attitude crosses over to the track and XC courses, where I work with a good attitude during training and race smart and tough when the time comes. 

My passion for running started in middle school, where the school I went to at the time had formed a running club. The running club had mainly just laid back and relaxed running, and sometimes we went to the dirt track near the school to have some fun. After that year, I had to move to another school because of my parent's job, and the new school did not have any running program. With this lack of a program and my newfound love for running, I started running on my own. Running quickly became a large part of my life and something I love improving at. Running has also taught me nothing beats hard work, which has caused me to refine my academic practices and do my best in everything.
