Trevor Christensen '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Trevor Christensen and I am a senior at Rocky Hill High School in Rocky Hill, CT. My current PR's are a 17:20 in the 5k and a 4:54 in the 1600. I recently ran a 26:26 in the virtual Manchester Road Race which was a 4.75 mile race. I am a very confident, determined, and disciplined runner who always works his hardest. I always push myself as well as the people around me to their limits to become the best athletes as possible. As a captain of my cross country team this year, I led my team to one of our best seasons in a long time. Even though my season got cut short, I brought my PR down to 17:20 from my junior year PR of 18:35. I believe that if my season was not cut short, I would have been able to break 17 minutes in the 5k. Since freshman year, I have brought my 5k time from 21:45 to 17:20. My goal for indoor and outdoor track is to break 10 minutes in the two mile and break 4:45 in the mile. I believe that I will be a great addition to your team because of my drive the get better and succeed as well as my leadership skills.
