My unique characteristics that I would allow me to contribute to any team is that I am sincerely and honestly; look in to making the people around me become better people which will gain me followers. I am the type of person that likes people to be well motivated and in the feeling that they can accomplish about anything that comes in their way. I like to improve not just me, but programs and make people feel comfortable to be around me because I'm a people's person and like to work well with others to work as a group as if they were actually my family. I'm dedicated and hard-working when it comes to getting things done. I really enjoy interacting with my peers putting my knowledge with others basically getting the chance to learn from each other.
