Currently ranked 21st in the nation overall and 4th in Florida among my class in the 800m and 6th overall in the state and ranked 29th in Florida overall in the 400m and 15th among seniors. I hold 4 WRHS school records in the 400m, 800m, 4x400m and 4x800m. I am team captain as a senior and was named Varsity MVP back-to-back years during my sophomore year and junior years. As I enter my senior season, over the 3 previous seasons, I have averaged lowering my 400m time by 3 seconds and an average of 4.5 seconds for my 800m, a trend I have already started to continue into my senior year.
My goal is to run for a D1 school and continue to improve my athletic ability with collegiate level training. My workout routines, commitment to health and fitness set me apart from others to the point my teammates and friends have asked for me to help train them. I want to attend a university so that I can take part in the traditions and game day atmosphere I see on Saturdays during football season and then represent my team during my track season!
