Personal Statement

My goal as a student is to pursue a degree in either Exercise Science or Sports Management, and ultimately be a collegiate coach one day. On the trail/track, my expectations are to further develop myself both physically and mentally while personally growing in the sport(s) I love. I will always strive to lead by example and be a positive influence on my team. Most importantly, I will conduct myself respectfully and with integrity at all times, in knowing that the way I carry myself reflects on my team, my coaches and my school.

In addition to attending 3 training sessions daily that consisted of core, strength, and cardio training along with distance running/hiking.
