Keeshon Towles '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am Keeshon Towles and I'm a seventeen year old Senior in highschool. My main event is the 800. I run the 4x400 relay and occasionally the 400. I love the 800 with a passion; every race I give it my all. I have big dreams, I want to go to the Olympics and win gold; this is my main goal. I know it takes alot of hard work and I am willing to put in that hard work every day. There is no such thing as a day off for me. I am constantly trying to get better. I am on AAU Track Team that has given me the opportunity to continue to compete year round to include experience on an indoor track.

I will be the best runner for your team. I’m always encouraging my teammates to do better and push themselves; I do not shy away from leadership roles. I feel I am very coachable and a great teammate too.
