Highly excited to be competitive in the Senior year coming up, having a strong top 5 means working as a team and pushing each other and keeping things in line. Having ran 16:31 in the 5k on the track, I am training hard to transfer that jump in speed into Cross Country and move even beyond that time.

- Really enjoyed the campus of UAH, food and housing was amazing. The locations we ran at were very fun and very flat. Also, the coaches and counselors there were very welcoming and fun to be around.
