David has started his season first college season off well, he hadn't competed for almost 10 months and us getting back to form he dropped 1:40 from first to second 8k races in consecutive races and still has 3 more races left to improve on. David went on to qualify for NWAACC championships where he finished in the top 25 and took more than 3 minutes off from the start of the season to the end. He has now moved on to outdoor track and in his first 10k he was asked by his coach to pace just to qualify and he ran a perfect race finishing 2nd with a 34:30 and said he was minor tired and still had a lot left so he is confident he can shave much more off when he gets to the NWAACC championships which he qualified for on his first attempt, he his now going to start trying to qualify in 4 more events for a total of 5 events, 800-1500-3000-5000 & 10000 already qualified.
