My name is Jay Dworak. I am a senior at Joliet Central. This will be my fourth year of cross country and track. This year I have set out to be the best. I'd like to get my 3-mile time down to 14:20s. Also, I'd like to take my mile time down to sub 4:10. Another important thing I'd like to do this year is to have fun. With it being my last year I would like to embrace being a Steelman. I'd be a good candidate for your team because I am a hard worker. I am always trying to be the best I can be. I enjoy working hard to complete a goal I have set for myself. My nutrition is something that makes me stick out from other recruits. I think it's very important to have a balanced diet. I think of food as fuel and who wouldn't want the best fuel for themselves? I also value time in the classroom. To me keeping my grades to A's is very important. I try to be the best I can be in and out of the classroom.
