As a athlete I don't only focus on my sports, but on my academics. I think as a athlete it's important to maintain good grades while competing during the season. I think it's also important that as a team we push one another to be the best that we can be, to bring positive energy every day to practice. Though one of my best qualities about me as a athlete, is that I not only look at a lose as a negative, but a positive. What I do, is I break down the things that I did leading into that race. So that I can figure out what might of caused me to run a bad race or a good race. I find that each time I lose I find one extra thing that I could do to improve my form or to make me feel better during my run.
