Sophomore year is in the books, I finished as county, conference and sectional champ in the high jump, conference champ in the 400, sectional champ in the 110 hurdles and county champ and sectional runner up in the 4x400 relay (51.9 split). Looking forward to working hard over the next few months and be ready to decrease my times and increase my high jump to make it to the state meet next year. I was 4th in the hurdles at Regionals with a time of 15.16 and 5th in the high jump with 6'3 (1in off state standard).
