Personal Statement
I have competed in cross country both years in jr. High and 4 seasons in high school. As a freshman I was running a 5K in 22 minutes. After lots of hard work, my time this year was 17:02. I have received the Mental Attitude Award in 2019 and 2021. I received the MVP Award in 2020. I am also a varsity wrestler. I received the Most Improved Award in wrestling in 2021. I am a hard worker and always working on improving myself. In my first year of track, I ran the 1600 M, 3200 M, and occasionally the 4 X 800 relay last season. I hope to improve my times in my second season in track. I would love to either run or wrestle in college.
