Personal Statement

As a track athlete who has only had 1 season of track competitions, I offer unmatched dedication, rapid improvement and a drive to excel. I am eager to grow and contribute. I am proud of how far I have come in this short time and it is my desire to bring pride to my team, my coaches and my future college. My vision is not only to represent my country at the 2028 Olympics, it extends to competing for medals in my favored events well into my prime years. I see being a professional athlete as an attainable goal and I believe that you are choosing to invest in a gem of a person, an athlete with shear determination and humility if we are the same team working together.

  • monday - saturday early season,monday to friday mid season.Thursday is gym,friday is long jog,monday ,wedsnesday is on track ,monday and tuesday sprints on grass.Monday more like 30m repeats ,tuesday shoter sprints like 110 repeats etc.(as a quarter miler

  • i train and follow a specific schedule early morning by myself(not at club).It includes jog 1km around golf course,have short burst of sprints next km after stretching and warmup.Then hops up stairs and core back inside.
