Personal Statement
My name is NathanCrawford-Wallis. I am a jumper at The Christ Church Fondation School on a little island called Barbados. My weight is 180 pounds, and I am 6 feet 4 inches. As I progressed in track and field, I have become sronger physically and mentally . Because of my hard work and dedication to track and field, I have been placed in the position of Captain of the track team and was chosen to mentor a number of younger athletes. I have been a very important asset to my school's track team since the year 2014 , and will continue to dominate not only at my school but all over the island. My distances continue to increase every season, which brings me closer to my set goals. I will be a great addition to your college/university, because I am a hard working individual with a "Never Give Up" mindset. I also intend to maintain good grades, thus meaning I will not have to be penalized for academic reasons. My desired majors are computer science and sports science, mainly because I am great with technology and sciences that deal with the body or movement. I am looking for any division one or two school that has a vast set of majors, so I can choose from several majors, only if I am having difficulty with one. By senior year, I plan to graduate with a 3.6, or above G.P.A. Also, I plan for my times to increase, and become better in each of my events. However, my primary events are the long jump and triple jump due to my amazing jumping ability. For example, in the long jump, I plan to jump a distance of 7.40m and 15.40m in the triple jump. Lastly, I will keep each college up to date with my statistical information.
