Personal Statement
My main goal to achieve before I leave college is to go below 50 seconds in my 400 hurdles. I believe this will set me up nicely for a professional career. What I feel makes me good as an athlete is that I recover quickly and am not at all injury prone. I am very serious about my athletics in that I am always trying to improve wether that be my speed, my endurance or my flexibility. I'm also a useful sprint hurdler however I feel I lack the raw speed to be competitive in that event
