Dear future coach,

Since young I have aspired not for greatness but for perfection.

Through all my years of rigorous training and hard work at school I have acquired the discipline and mental tenacity necessary to the accomplishment of my numerous academic and athletic objectives.
As previously mentioned, perfection is what I strive for.
Although excellence is achieved through hard work, I do not believe someone aiming to be up there should sacrifice balance for that sake.

My belief is that the best way to be successful is to be focused while still maintaining an interest in the artistic and intellectual beauties of our world.

That is what you are getting with me; a creative athlete finding happiness in every moment  who is open to innovative training methods constantly trying to improve himself while still being down to earth.
 In critical moments I remain calm and confident. However, I am very aware of my shortcomings and the fact that I still have a lot to achieve before even being considered a great athlete.
