Personal Statement
I am an athlete and academic who will show up to practice and perform on a world stage well, one who understands teamwork, and also how equally important it is to excel for me, with a goal of uplifting the coach and my college/ school. I am a tracks teamleader at my current high school. Where I help our coach to motivate the team and always bring a positive vibe to team training. I love music. I excel well in academic areas that resonate with me, such as biology (human physique), business, computer graphics, and English. I now have six (6) CSEC subjects, and is pursuing level one of CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Exams) in Jamaica. Finally, being a world athlete is in my DNA. With the right coaching team and mindset, I may be the world's next 400m champion!
I am an 2x Carifta qualifier, bronze medalist in my first year (2022) follow up with 4th place in my last year (2023) in a time of 48.4 over the 400m my personal best time for last season.
