Demetre Mitchell '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Demetre Mitchell and I am a Senior at Wolmers Boys High School in Kingston, Jamaica. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 145 lbs. It has always been my goal to compete at the college level for track and I train my hardest everyday to achieve this goal. This past year I did triple jump , Long Jump, pole vault and 200m on the Varisty level. I am a very versatile athlete and can do a lot of different events and I'm always willing to try something new if my coach thinks it could better me. I currently have a 2.75 GPA and strive to achieve the best grades that I can get possible. I am priamrily looking for a school that has a good Business program as for that is the major I am leaning towards at the moment. Geographically I don't have a preference as to where the school is located. I have always made it a goal to earn a scholarship to continue track in college. I am an goal orientated athlete.
