Personal Statement
Hello coaches, My name is Kendrick Obeng, and I was born in London. Currently, I live with my little sister and mother. I have grand aspirations of performing on the global stage, and I strongly believe that attending a D1 school would propel me to new heights. What sets me apart from other recruits is that I only started my journey in track and field last July. Despite that, I've achieved promising results within just a year of training. Representing my country is a long-term goal of mine. I firmly believe that with hard work, determination, and the right opportunities, I can make a substantial impact in the world of performance. I'm eagerly ready to embrace the challenges that come with competing at the highest level, and I have full confidence in my ability to rise to the occasion. Thank you for your time and consideration.
