Dear Coaches,

My name is Aiden Dean, and I’m a 16-year-old 400m and 200m runner with a strong passion for the sport. Last season, I achieved personal bests of 53.21 seconds in the 400m and 23.9 seconds in the 200m. This upcoming season, I’m determined to drop my 400m time to 46.5 seconds and my 200m time to 21 seconds.

Track and field represents my path to a better future. Coming from a challenging background, I view athletics as my key to success and a way to fulfill my purpose. The drive within me fuels my dedication and resilience, allowing me to train harder and smarter each day.

What sets me apart from other recruits is not just my athletic ability, but also my character. I approach challenges with a positive mindset and am always willing to support my teammates, fostering a collaborative spirit. In academics, I strive for excellence, understanding that education is just as vital as athletics in achieving my long-term goals.
