Track has been my passion since I was five years old.  From racing with friends on the primary school playground, to competing on national teams, running has been a joyful and integral part of my life.  

I am known by coaches for my self-discipline, coachability, determination and leadership.  I strive to be a positive role model, and to exemplify true sportsmanship, win or lose.  As an avid learner and competitor at heart, I stand ready and committed to put in the work required to succeed.  I am a team captain and a leader amongst my peers. 

As a student-athlete, I am focused and hard-working.  I study and train to improve my craft, enjoying the challenge of perfecting my skills. My goal while at university, is to continue to grow and pursue my endeavors in both the academic and athletic arena.  With discipline success is possible, and this will be my pursuit.
