My collegiate goal is to become successful in athletics and continue to grow and improve throughout my athletic career. I would like to make it to the Olympics, obtain a gold medal and break a record. Academically, I would like to study towards a physiotherapy degree.
I always give 100% in training and in competition, and I think this makes me a good candidate. I do not allow poor performances to weigh me down, instead, I use it as a driving force to work harder and to remain persistent. My academics have always been an important part of my success and I continue to strive to get better at every test and exam.
I believe obedience and discipline are part of being successful, talent alone is not enough, and those principles have been instilled in me from a youngster. As a leader at my High School, my honesty and integrity have allowed me to stand out from the rest. My ability to balance both sport and academics have been one of my strong points. I never take my training or studying lightly and make a point of working harder than anyone else to achieve my goals. These attributes have set me apart from others.
NCAA division 1 will allow me to compete at the highest level whilst also studying for a degree.
