• This was an incredible camp where a selective few of my high school cross-country team competed in the junior world cross-country championships in Bathurst Australia. This trip was an incredible experience after my high school cross-country team (The Scots College) won back to back Sydney Schools Premierships (GPS Sydney) after 43 years since our previous one. I was proud to represent my school and my team as we finished of the trip watching the professional races the next day. Where my favourite cross-country runner Joshua Cheptegei finished in second with an exciting sprint finish.

• This camp was an incredible experience that I will never forget. For almost 2 weeks I trained in the highest elevation point in Australia. I signed up for this camp to train my body to adapt to oxygen levels allowing me to improve greater. During this camp I did tempo sessions, long runs, anaerobic sessions on the track which all felt much harder than usual due to the lack of oxygen but this camp was defiantly beneficial towards my running. And towards the end of this camp I ran a half marathon up the tallest mountain in Australia this run demonstrated what I was capable of and how I can push my self to my limits despite the challenge.
