Zephaniah Silie '21 Recruiting Profile

My biggest inspiration, was seeing a Curacao resident "Churandy Martina" running along side one of the best athletes of all time "Usain Bolt" and making history. This gave me chills and made me set my goal to reach the same level or be even better then him. At the moment I am training with the same coach that trained "Churandy Martina", coach "Wendell Prince". We agreed that for 2022 I should be running 48-50sec on my 400m. This is just one of my goals. Running in the National US team one of the other goals I am tended to get to, running and combining my school is the mindset. I would like to become an engineer one day and work for a robotics or a car company. This has been a dream for a long time and I'm willing to accomplish this.
