Hi, my name is Cody Hart and I am currently a sophomore at Riceville High School in Iowa. For Riceville being a small town, it has many opportunities. I am involved in track and field and cross country. In track I run the 3200, 1600, and sometimes the 800. I joined track in 7th grade and the following year I joined cross country in 8th. My goal is to overall just be a collegiate athlete. I feel like I am mentally strong during races but sometimes I can feel otherwise. I try my best to think positive things. I also believe that I am successful academically. I am involved in NHS aswell as student council. I am also involved in a few other activities such as RCSC (Riceville Community Service Club), I am a jv/v girls basketball manager, and a jv/v softball manager. I believe this helps shape me as a whole because it teaches me how to do new things like stats, and how to run the score board. It also has brought me many new friendships.
