2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Oliver Veliquette and I have been running track for 3 years. When I started running freshman year, I immediately loved the sport. I am a hard-worker and enjoy giving my full effort during practice, as I know it will benefit my mental health and athleticism long term. Some of my favorite memories with sports are working out with my brother in our home gym and seeing the steady improvement through our benchmark tests. I find it extremely satisfying to see the hard work I put in pay off when I pr at meets. My goal is to be as competitive as possible both with my high school team now and with my future college team.
