Charlie Thelen '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a determined Student-Athlete and enjoy challenging myself both in the classroom and on the track (and on the soccer field to kill time until the indoor season picks back up). I am motivated to use any available resources in order to create the best life for myself and those around me, whether they may be a school club, or sports team dinner. Growing up around the running community and track & field inspired an early passion for the sport, with my greatest role models, my father and my older siblings, showing me the ropes. I am a team-player, and I'm not afraid to take on a leadership role. When I discover something I am interested in, I dive deep into its smallest details to perfect it to the best of my ability. I am not afraid of putting in hard work day after day in order to improve. Lastly, I value humor, and making light of any situation in order to improve the experience of myself and those around me.
