Personal Statement
I am 6'3 335 Lbs. I bench 355 Lbs., squat 455 Lbs., dead lift 545 Lbs.
My most important accomplishments was being voted co-throwing captain by my coaches, earning 1st team all conference, 3rd team all region for shot put and 2nd team all conference in discus
I believe that I can offer a number of things to a collegiate track program. One of which is a positive attitude. Another thing that I will bring is talent, I believe that with the proper coaching I can greatly improve from where I am now.
Ever since I have been throwing i have wanted to continue into college. Usually I am one of the last people to leave the school after practice because I try to continue to refine my skill.
I would like to go to school in Michigan, but i am not closing any doors.
I would like to go to a medium to small division 2, but as I said before, i am not ruling anything out. I am open to any kind of school.
I would like to be able to get some help with school, anything is better than nothing! I am going to be applying for FAFSA in January '12
I have not completely narrowed my majors down, but I think I would enjoy teaching a science class like earth science. I have also considred nursing or being a physical therapist.
I have many goals for my self, one is to not only make the varsity team, but to excel in what ever i do.
