I started running as soon as I got to 7th grade, and I have never questioned my decision. I fell in love with running and want to push myself as hard as I can. That is why I want to run in college.
My best skill is my range from being able to run a 400 meter dash all the way to a cross country 5k race. My best distance is the 800 because it is fast but endurance is needed to keep a fast pace. I am easily coachable and I try to be positive around anyone and everyone.
I get good grades in school, but I wish to be pushed more than high school has pushed me. I know that with enough motivation I will be able to do great in any class I take.
I am looking for a school that has a somewhat equal balance of education and running. I want to run on the side of my education but still want to do the best that I can.
