I want to be the best me when I compete. Yes I get in my own head. But I could easily get away from all af that just by breathing. I am very coachable, self discipline. I will take forth the effort that my body will let me. My coaches know when I need to stop, I will keep going until I'm the last one there. My goal in track and field is to personally get better for my self being, and to prove to others that I can compete with them as well.
