As a freshman, I was excited to make a leap into true high school track. When all of a sudden everything closed down due to Covid. I lost my freshman year. As a sophomore, indoor track was still not running so I played basketball to stay active. Though for the outdoor season I had a great time back on the track a two years. Reaching 5’10 and placing 6th in a state meet. Then my previous year, junior season I ran indoor track running the 60 and long jumping and high jumping. I had a great indoor season jumping 19’3 in the LJ and 6’4 in the HJ. Then outdoor season came and I wasn’t able to improve my high jump outside of practice. But my long jump grew to 19’7. I’m very excited to run in the 2023 track season as a senior and then take my ability’s to a great college
