My name is Aaron Kolosowsky and I am a senior at Washington Township High School in southern New Jersey. I run XC, 1600m, 3200m, 800m, sprint medley relay, distance medley relay and 4x800m for my varsity HS team. I’m looking for the right fit to continue my education while running competitively in college. I enjoy the challenge of continually working to get better with my studies as well as my PR’s in running. I’m interested in STEM courses and careers. I’ve been running since 6th grade and ran the 4x800m and 3000m at the AAU Junior Olympics in the summer of 2019 which was a great experience. Just before my freshman year I was involved in an accident and had a compound fracture of my tibia and fibula. This kept me out of running for about 9 months while I healed. I had intense physical training and also did extra work with a personal trainer learning to get my stride back. I know what it is to work and train hard to get better. I’ve fully recovered and I am steadily posting better run times and the best is yet to come. UPDATE 6/11/23 : I’m lucky to be a part of a great team and will be competing at the NJ Meet of Champions on 5/14/23 with my 4x800m relay team !
