Hello, I'm Vincent LaMonaca. I'll keep it short and straight to the point. My collegiate goal is to throw shot-put in college on a competitive level. I enjoy being on a team and getting better alongside my teammates and pushing myself and others to do better each and every throw. I also am extremely dedicated to my sport. I may not always be the strongest or the fastest athlete to compete in the circle, but I can promise I'm one of the hardest working in the group. I obsess over my form day after day and make sure if there is something out of place, I find a way to fix it. I am always one of the last, if not the very last, person to leave practice every day and I put in extra work with a trainer after weekend practices.
