Eduardo Ocon '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Eduardo Ocon. My college goals are to give everything I have with academics and sports. I have maintained my academics these past 2 years, being top 30 is just an unbelievable feeling. In sports I have given it my best as well. I have shaved off at least 1 minute from my PR every year of cross country and excelled on the track as well. I began running in my 3rd grade for something called Mileage Club. It was something we would do every Wednesday in P.E. for 45 minutes and you could tack on extra miles during lunch as well. At the end of the year we would total it all up. If I remember correctly from 3rd grade, I always had more then 125 miles and top 5 every year. Now I am the 3rd man on our cross country team. With my twin brother right behind me pushing me on each step.
