2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Kevin Cannon, and I am currently a junior track and field runner at Floral Park Memorial High School in New York. Running came very naturally to me and I have been on the Varsity Track and Field team since I was in 8th grade. In addition, I play Varsity Soccer and Basketball for the school, and I work out just about every day in the gym. My specialty races are 3200M, 3000 Steeplechase and 5K. My goal is to continue my running career at the collegiate level year-round. It is the sport I truly love, and I believe my accomplishments and sportsmanship will make me a great team member for a college track and field program.
