I would like to run at the collegiate level and to compete/ bond with my team, coaches, and staff. I practice 6-7 days a week, I am a good student athlete and know how to maintain both but can focus on one or the other if need be. I have recently been training at 45-60 mpw to prepare for my senior year of cross country. I started off as a freshman and my pr was 21:47 and my current official pr is 17:41 in the 5k. My mile pr as a freshman was 5:22 and my current official pr is 4:47, I still feel like I have room for improvement and will strive to do so.
