Hello Coaches! I have always been interested in the sport of pole vault and watched in awe as the athletes flew so high. Finally in the 8th grade, I joined the middle school track team and tried pole vault. Instantly I fell in love with every aspect of the sport, including training, heart-racing competitions, and the family-like community. I live and breathe pole vault, on and off the runway. I have studied multiple books and videos of professional pole vaulters for hours and compare their technique to my own with the goal of refining my skills. God has given me this unique talent for the purpose of serving him, and the people around me both on and off the runway. I am excited to continue my high-flying pole vault dream in college. I look forward to hearing from you.
