I really enjoy competing in Track and Field and Cross Country. I like the challenge of getting better and being able to see the results that come out of the work I put in. I would love to be a part of a competitive collegiate team, and I think I could do well.
I believe I could be an asset to almost any team that I join. My times and records have continued to improve, and I continue to put in the work to further them. I think with college level training I could continue to advance my records and become a valuable member of a team. Along with that, I am academically strong. There wouldn't be any worries about my academic eligibility.
In going to college, I hope to leave with a degree in Engineering, although I have yet to narrow down a specific field. Along with that, I would like to have success as an athlete. The top event in my mind that I would really like to improve in is high jump. I would really like to get up above the seven-foot mark while in college, and maybe even higher. My goal is to get into a competitive division two, or maybe one of the lower division one schools and establish myself as a competitor there. I am open to just about anywhere if the fit is right, but a college in Ohio, or any of the neighboring states would be my first option.
