Garrett Hogan '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing sports since I was 6 years old. Track & Field is by far my favorite sport because of the bonds we develop as teammates both on and off of the field. Playing a variety of sports has taught me humility, increased my confidence and has showed me exactly what it means to lead by example. Sports has taught me how to dig deeper and persevere when I think that I can longer give anymore. My parents have taught me that while sports is what I love, academics are just as important, as sports do not last forever. My academic goals are to maintain my status on the Honor Roll during my High School career, and to continue this through my collegiate career and obtain a college degree. I am a leader, dedicated, coachable and motivated student athlete that will be an asset for whoever I play for.
