  • I ran the 3200 Friday night and finished 2nd, running a 9:09 in a very tactical race! The mile splits were 4:44/4:24 with a last lap of :62. I then doubled back Saturday morning to run a 1:57 anchor leg for my 4x8 to help my team medal! Just an hour later, I ran a 4:19 1600 to medal.

  • I anchored my team's 4x8 and just barely could not catch up to the winning team, running a 1:59 split. I then ran the 1600 and led from the gun to win with a 4:23. I then ran the 3200 and led after the first lap to win.

  • I ran the 3200 and finished third with a 9:11, leading the first six laps and breaking the meet record. The first mile was a 4:32 and then I slowed down a bit. I then ran the 4x8 less than an hour later, running a 2:01 and anchoring my team to a fifth place finish. I then finished out the day less than two hours later running a 4:18 1600, finishing fourth just barely getting outkicked by two guys in the last 200 meters.

  • I anchored the 4x8 for my team and won. In the 3200, I ran a 9:15 with a last lap of :65 to finish second.

  • I finished 6th in the first heat of the Championship 2 mile with a 9:18 2 mile and 9:15 3200 split. Overall, I was 44th out of 80 runners. I doubled back to run a 4:24 mile in the Rising Stars mile in the same day.

  • 2:05 4x8 split anchor leg (1 second from pr) and felt good to start the day, with my team running 8:42 combined and winning by 14 seconds. 8:47.74 3k (9:22 pace- 8 second pr) and won by 17 seconds! 57 in the 4x400 for .1 off of my pr.

  • I ran a 15:25 track 5k and finished 3rd. There were some of the top guys in the state in this race. I was on pace for 15:06 coming through two miles at 9:40 and died out a bit the last mile, along with some very strong wind gusts.

  • I finished 4th in the AA race and ran the 7th fastest time across all divisions at the state championships at Hershey. My time was a 16:08 on a very hilly course that is longer than a 5k. My time coming through the 5k was a 15:37, an 11 second PR despite the hills. I am looking to get an official PR at a track 5k I am running on the 18th at West Chester Henderson High School. I will also be running at Foot Locker/Eastbay Northeast Regionals on the 27th.

  • Finished 3rd with a time of 16:01.9 on a hilly and muddy course. My time would have won the AAA race, beating the times of the 4th and 5th best runners in the state ranked by PA Milesplit50.

  • Won by 15 seconds with a time of 16:08 on a moderately hilly course. Beat 3 AAA state medalists and 2 AA state medalists, including the #2 returner from AAA.

  • Placed 1st and won by 29 seconds. This was 2 seconds off my pr and a 7 second course record of a course used for invitationals and counties while leading wire to wire.
