I started running track because my older siblings ran and I wanted to try it as soon as I could which was in 7th grade. I have been greatly supported by all of my family members and all of my friends throughout my journey and I have learned more about the kind of person I am and have gotten closer to myself ever since I started pushing to improve. Covid was a big hill for me to get over because I didn't get the opportunity to run my freshman year which set me back from knowing what I could accomplish. My academic goals for the rest of high school are to maintain at least a 92% GPA and to continue that through college. I consider myself to be known to make friends easily and I can learn through my expieriences.
