My goal is to improve myself athletically and as a person. Track is an individual sport but I believe the team aspect is what makes people stick to it and always to want try harder. I am hard-working and good at teaching what I know. I use my personal experience to help and encourage others on my team. I also like to use my PRs to track my progress and determine where I'm falling short.
