I have been involved in many sports from a very young age including track, gymnastics, soccer, football, lacrosse, and baseball. Each has taught me many lessons in teamwork, competing, listening, learning, and the importance of practicing to continue to improve my skills. I appreciate them all for the lessons I have learned from them, but I have always had a special love for track and field which allows me to compete as an individual as well as part of a team. In addition to my high school track and field team, I am a member of a club team and have been competing in USATF, AAU and open meet events in the off-season.
I have a life-long love of animals and sports and will combine these in a college that will provide me with growth in both areas. I am a very hard worker, always looking for ways that I can improve my skills and performances. I have a strong drive to be the best athlete, the best teammate, the best person I can be!
