My collegiate goals for college are to get a good degree in the field I want to go into; My aspirations are to overcome any challenge in my way and to learn from my mistakes. The reason I know I would be a great candidate for your team is I know that I can be one of the best athletes that come through your program, when it comes to academics or hard challenges I will always try my best even if it means I fail.

- Track/hurdles: 2 lap warm up then drills and strectches after that workout for the day crosscountry: 4 lap warm up then drills and strectches then we can go for a run or speed workout weight training: in track season its all about explosions with my workouts and with cross country it about trying to keep the explosions up but not tire my body out for the long runs.
