Personal Statement

When I attend college I want to get a degree and graduate while participating in Men's Track. I have a passion for running and for music and the community. I want to spend time working hard at school, on the track but also with the people in the community around me. I love to help and serve people. I really enjoy music but also history and science and want to dive more into those as well. I want to get to know the people around me and see how I can help them become more in life. I want to be an inspiration to other young Black athletes and let them know they can follow their dreams and become anything they want to become.

AwardsHonor and High Honor roll through Elementary and Jr. High. Taken more classes than needed to get ahead so he can take advanced/AP and CE courses through Jr. and Senior years of High School. Won the district Book Battles competition.
ActivitiesMany service projects from humanitarian trips, I'm goin got India for 3 weeks to teach English and hygeine in November. I organized and put on Black History Month presentations and concerts every February for many years in schools in our school district, building Little Free Libraries in the community. Records a podcast weekly called Finding Our Voice by the One Voice Children Podcast. It has been created to help kids and teens discover their voice on this journey of life. International choir singing all over the world to others and giving the service of song. Collecting and donating blankets, hats, gloves to the homeless community every thanksgiving. Creating food bags for title one elementary school students to take home over Christmas Break every year. Helping families in need during the Frodsham Family Christmas event by volunteering to help families shop for items. Love to play the guitar, sing and make music for self and others.
