Grant Nelson '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches, I am an honor roll student looking to run at the collegiate level for a top track and field program. I started running track in 8th grade and have loved running ever since. You may notice in my videos that I'm wearing bright pink socks. In 8th grade, our 4X200 relay team members all chose to wear pink socks, and we ended up breaking the school record. That experienced intensified my love for track and for competing, and I've been wearing the lucky pink socks ever since. 

I'm eager to join a great track and field team and bringing my hard work ethic and dedication to help my team have successful seasons each year. Academically, I've taken multiple AP and concurrent enrollment classes. While I'm not yet sure what I want to study, I'm looking for a university where I can excel in and out of the classroom.
